Modern life trains us to live from the neck up. We rush, cope, dissociate and forget that the body is not an inconvenience on the path, but it is the path itself. But! I know you’re here to inhabit your body, to root your spirituality into breath, bone, sensation, and rhythm and to let your body be the place where truth lands and integration actually happens.

In my classes, we blend movement and breath with philosophy, meditation and sound to help you connect with your body and spirit in real, grounded ways. My approach is holistic, culturally respectful, and designed for people who want their yoga practice to have depth. As a dancer since the age of 4, a practitioner of yoga since 2010, and a qualified teacher since 2019, I’ve learned that yoga practice isn’t about perfection, or physical flexibility, or body type. Rather, it’s about presence and curiosity and truly, deeply meeting yourself where you are.

I aim to share with you the fullness of the yoga practice, honouring the lineage of teachers and seers that discovered the yoga practice through their own connection to the divine.
