CANCELATION & RESCHEDULING POLICIES

I understand that life happens, and I always aim to meet that reality with care and flexibility where possible. At the same time, my work requires preparation, energetic presence, and dedicated time that is often reserved especially for you. The following policies help support sustainability and fairness for everyone.

Group Yoga Classes

• If you’re unable to attend a class, your fee can be transferred to a future class. Please let me know as soon as you can so I can support you with this.

1-1 Sessions (Astrology, Yoga or Coaching)

• 1-1 session times are booked specifically for you. Much time is often spent by me beforehand preparing, studying, and attuning to your session.

• Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice can be rescheduled.

• Cancellations within 48 hours of the session will result in the fee being forfeited.

Day and Multi-Day Retreats

• Your 50% deposit is non-refundable.

• The full retreat fee becomes non-refundable within 14 days of the event. This is because retreat costs (venues, planning, resources) are committed well in advance.

If something truly unexpected or difficult arises, you’re always welcome to reach out. I value communication and will do my best to respond with care while honouring these boundaries.
