A LITTLE ABOUT MY STORY..
As a kid, I found solace in reading and writing mystical stories of fairies and mermaids. I loved music, and dancing, and creativity. I also spent many years embracing my tomboy, only-girl tendencies by climbing trees and getting mucky traipsing through fields. It’s called balance!
It’s when I take a moment to connect the dots of my life, I see these elements and their spiritual-adjacency come together as emblems of my becoming my full self. My love of the arts and the magical and mythological melded with an appreciation for the Earth to create the person I am and the practices I now share.
It took many years of descent and destructive patterns before I found courage to swim to surface for air and to seek help on my own healing journey. I rekindled my relationship with what I loved to do as a kid — move, write, dance, create — and as I explored those interests I found a passion for guiding and teaching others to do the same.
Now, I marry my love of the Earth and the magic of myth, music, and art with my certifications in embodiment coaching, yoga, energy healing, astrology and the intuitive arts to create spaces for your wellness and transformation.

I have a busy Scorpio first house, Pluto conjunct the Ascendant and a 12th House chart ruler. I know that the journey of life is a series of deaths and rebirths, contractions and expansions. I thrive in the space of transformation. Intentionally and not, I have gone through countless rebirths in this lifetime. I’m passionate about holding a space for you to do the same: to remember that everything is a tool for our awakening, and to welcome deep transitions as invitations to level up. A Grand Fire Trine between Uranus in Sagittarius, Jupiter in Aries, and a Leo Midheaven lends an energy of unconventionality and intensity to my work. I adore working with people who are committed to themselves, who refuse to play small, and who live in, or are working towards, integrity with their own weirdness. 🥸
