I took my first yoga asana class in 2010, purely for the physical aspect. And though it took me a number of years to dive into yoga in earnest, my practice has since expanded to serve me in my physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellness. It is a privilege to be able to guide others in embodying the 8 limbs.
